Kelsey has spent the last 20 years in the Northern Virginia area, having lived in Clifton, Centreville, and currently Ashburn. She began her career in sales and contracts, working for several Government contractors around the beltway. Through this work, she learned excellent customer service, powerful negotiating skills, and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. These skills have fueled her entrepreneurial spirit.

At the age of 23, Kelsey purchased her first home. She also owns an income property in Centreville. Now, she not only owns her own dream property, but is a successful landlord.
